DESCRIPTION:In the old tradition\, we gather to sit quietly together in the embrace of the whole universe. In this tradition we sit 50 minutes\, walk 10 minutes\, and may move to adjust posture. There will be a lunch break. You may sign up for private meetings with Shodo. \nThis is in-person only. If you’re not familiar with Soto Zen style meditation\, you might ask either Shodo or Devin for more information. \nPlease do not wear fragrances. There will be no incense\, for health reasons.
