Silent meditation retreat in the Zen tradition.

If you would like to come, please speak with Shodo in advance.

 

NOTES:

  • Advance registration is required, one week in advance. Retreats are held at a private home on a 17-acre farm, an hour south of Minneapolis, on the Cannon River.
  • Retreat leader is Shodo Spring, dharma heir of Shohaku Okumura, founder of Mountains and Waters Alliance (MountainsandWatersAlliance.org)
  • Fees are minimal; donations support the teacher in the ancient tradition called dana.
  • Feel free to ask questions. shodo.spring@gmail.com. Driving directions and other information will be sent.
  • (for example: here you should tell us if you have any food concerns, allergies or chemical sensitivities, or any physical limitations)
  • Please let us know how you are arriving and if you need or are able to offer a carpool. Please also let us know what your plans are for staying overnight (if applicable) (eg: do you ned a bed, are you camping etc..)
