Intro to Zen (covid safe) August 2022

This one-day retreat includes meditation instruction, basic Zen teachings and practices including some mindful work, lunch and tea, and plenty of opportunity for questions.

Fee is $30, which covers practical expenses. Teacher’s time is by donation; see the registration form(which has the wrong fee, ignore it).

There will be a weekend introductory retreat in early winter 2023. This one-day retreat is a good starting place.
